It's common to see paintings and photographs at Buffalo's internationally renowned Albright-Knox Art Gallery.

The gallery, 1285 Elmwood Ave., currently is home to “Georgia O'Keeffe and New Mexico: A Sense of Place,” an exhibit that includes 50 paintings created by O'Keeffe between 1929 and the early 1950s and recent photographs of locations that inspired 20 of those works.

Hours: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesdays through Thursdays; 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Fridays, and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays. Closed Mondays.
